Information we collect
When you contact us or book a demonstration, we may receive your name, business name, contact details, booking information and the answers you choose to provide about your business. We may also receive basic technical information produced when you use this website, such as browser, device and access-log information.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, understand your requirements, provide requested services, operate and improve this website, maintain business records and protect our services. We only use information for marketing where we have an appropriate reason to do so, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Our reasons for using information
Depending on the circumstances, we may process information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to meet a legal obligation, with your consent, or for legitimate business interests that do not override your rights.
Sharing and service providers
We may use carefully selected providers for services such as website hosting, communications and appointment booking. They may process information on our behalf where needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
International processing and retention
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this applies, we assess the arrangements used by those providers. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, including legal, accounting and record-keeping needs.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, object to certain uses, or receive a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us to make a request. You can raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this notice as our services and business details develop. The latest version will remain available on this page.
